Georgia Cancer Specialists is accredited by the American College of Radiology (ACR). Georgia Cancer Specialists is a private cancer practice with 29 offices, 44 physicians and over 500 support staff located in Metro Atlanta, North and Central Georgia, Southeast Tennessee and Southwest North Carolina. The Georgia Cancer Specialist Decatur and Marietta locations are members of the Georgia CORE Research Network, a statewide network of academic and community-based oncologists and researchers. The practice offers community-based medical oncology and hematology services, in addition to a wide range of support services for patients in Georgia, including nutritional counseling, pain management, wellness counseling, and home health coordination. The focus of the Georgia Cancer Specialists Research Department is to bring targeted cancer therapy to communities.
