Are you a cancer survivor or know someone who is?
We know that the needs of cancer survivors are complex and vary from person to person. The Georgia Survivorship Working Group and Georgia CORE would like to know more about the needs of cancer survivors in our state so that we can develop resources and partnerships to better support individuals that have had or are currently living with cancer. Please consider participating in the cancer survivor needs assessment survey and help improve survivorship care across the state.
Why Your Voice Matters
Our last survey helped us create resources for survivors in Georgia. This year, we’re diving deeper to better understand the full range of survivorship experiences—including emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
This survey is designed to be thorough and will take approximately 30-45 minutes to complete. We truly appreciate your time in sharing your valuable insights.
